Troubled Creed frontman Scott Stapp has reportedly completed a 90-day rehab stint following a breakdown, during which he insisted he was the target of a U.S. government conspiracy and suggested his bank account had been compromised.

During a crazy end to 2014, the rocker filed a criminal complaint against his estranged wife Jaclyn, accusing her of transferring $26,000 out of his personal Wells Fargo bank account without permission, prompting her to go public with claims her husband was suffering from paranoia amid a series of alleged mental health issues and drug problems.

A Florida judge gave her sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s three children, and ruled the Creed singer had no right to stay in the family home. Stapp’s estranged wife also attempted to put the singer in a 60-day psychiatric hold after he allegedly threatened to kill himself, and she called Florida police in November begging them to detain the star following his erratic behavior.

Now, his bandmate Mark Tremonti has confirmed the singer is on the road to recovery after an extensive rehab stint.

He tells Loudwire, “Thank God he got through it all and his family got him into treatment. I think he went through a 90-day program. I know he went to get help and now he’s out of the treatment, so hopefully he stays sober.

“Family is the most important thing. You’ve just got to stay sober and clean and provide for your family and be there for your kids. For me, that’s what would always keep me out of trouble.”
